As a new business owner you will have to learn a lot of new skills and learn them fast. For that reason our training sessions are short but instructive. We deliver courses on key aspects of business which every entrepreneur needs to know.
We also oer community based vocational training courses in areas such as sewing, beauty therapy etc. Please call to ask about eligibility for funded places.

Health and safety
Advice and support completing risk assessments and Free Health and Safety equipment (subject to funding)
The law on health and safety applies to all businesses. Our Home Working Service has accredited assessors who can carry out a risk assessment of your work premises and make recommendations to make sure you keep within statutory guidelines.
The risk assessment will highlight potential hazards and identify appropriate measures to reduce risk.
Managing staff is complex and time-consuming.
Managers need reliable advice and support with good practice and the law.
